Requirements

  • Proven experience in Poultry sales with a strong network and knowledge of the Quebec market.
  • Business Awareness - Demonstrated understanding of industry and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Customer Insight - Deep knowledge of customer structures and market positions to drive effective planning.
  • Strategic Agility - Ability to plan according to trends and outcomes.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills - Proficient in achieving beneficial outcomes and value through strategic management.
  • Sales Communication - Skilled in uncovering customer needs, presenting solutions persuasively, and addressing objections effectively.

Responsibilities

In your role, you will:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management and influential stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking plan, ensuring synergy with NOGEN’s objectives, resources, and strategies, while maintaining a close watch on expenses and customer feedback to optimize satisfaction.
  • Proactively lead customer engagements, forging strong inter-service collaborations for a unified approach.
  • Consistently communicate strategies and progress to align efforts and report to management, ensuring strategic cohesion.
  • Monitor sales and key performance indicators, regularly reviewing progress to adapt and steer towards achieving goals.
